Former WWE superstar Goldberg is a free agent at the moment after his WWE contract expired this year. Since then, there has been a lot of talk about Goldberg’s plans for the future.

Amid all the speculation, the former WWE Universal Champion himself revealed his plans. Goldberg took to Instagram and let fans know he will appear in the thirteenth season of the famous television series, NCIS: Los Angeles. However, this won’t be his first time in NCIS: Los Angeles.

The WCW legend had appeared in the tenth and eleventh season of the famous television series playing the role of Lance Hamilton, Department of Justice Agent.

Goldberg has played several other roles in films and television series like The Goldbergs, The Longest Yard, Santa’s Slay, etc.

As for his pro wrestling career, it is unsure if we will see him wrestle again. Throughout his incredible in-ring run, he had several memorable moments and earned a reputation for beating opponents within one or two minutes. ‘The Icon’ ended a 12-year wrestling hiatus and defeated Brock Lesnar within 90 seconds at Survivor Series 2016.

Within a year, Lesnar took his revenge as he defeated the WCW legend at WrestleMania 33 for the WWE Universal Championship.

Has Goldberg retired from professional wrestling?

Goldberg hasn’t officially announced his retirement from in-ring action. However, as he is 55, that time will come sooner rather than later.

As of this writing, his last match took place against one of WWE’s top superstars, Roman Reigns. The WCW legend challenged The Tribal Chief for the WWE Universal Championship at WWE Elimination Chamber 2022.

Goldberg tried his best to bring an end to ‘The Tribal Chief’s reign as the WWE Universal Champion. But he too failed, just like several others.

As things stand, his WWE contract has expired and this match against Roman Reigns might also turn out to be his last pro wrestling match.
